Apartment – Parma

In a contemporary apartment in the heart of Parma, AVE solutions define an advanced smart system that combines aesthetics, comfort, and connectivity.

The home is equipped with an AVE 2-wire video intercom system featuring a Wi-Fi monitor, allowing the owners to answer calls directly from their smartphones — enhancing both comfort and security when they’re away.

For climate control, smart IoT chronothermostats in a burnished aluminum finish have been installed. Distinguished by their iconic design, they allow precise temperature regulation either by simply rotating the knob or remotely via app.

The electrical system was created using the matt black Tekla 44 wiring accessories series, in both touch and IoT versions. Smart Touch metal front plates complete the installation with elegance, turning every control into an intuitive and refined gesture.
