Villa – Buttapietra (VR)

In Buttapietra, in the Italian province of Verona, stands a splendid contemporary villa where architecture blends with the landscape. Characterized by large, bright windows overlooking the adjacent body of water, this residence relies on AVE technology to shape a smart home ecosystem.

The system, based on AVE wired home automation, allows for the control of indoor and outdoor lighting, roller shutters, and temperature regulation across different zones, optimizing comfort and reducing energy consumption. All functions and automations implemented in the system can be easily supervised and managed through a spectacular 18” flush-mounted Touch Screen. Through a clear and intuitive graphic user interface, this display allows the owners to monitor the status of every room, activate customized scenarios, manage the anti-intrusion system, and answer the video intercom from a single location, with the option to control the entire house remotely as well.

The aesthetics of the light points have also been designed down to the smallest detail. For this project, the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series was chosen, whose matt grey elements are framed by anthracite aluminum front plates—a modern finish specifically selected to echo the metal profiles of the large windows, thus creating perfect visual coherence in the interior design while highlighting the electrical system and its functions.
