Alongside this redesign process, AVE S.p.A. is carrying out verification, maintenance, and improvement activities aimed at increasing the site’s compliance with applicable requirements.

Declared status: partially compliant, technical evaluation in progress.

The site may feature content, components, or functionalities that are not yet fully compliant with accessibility requirements, also due to progressive technical updates, historical content, documents not natively accessible, elements provided by third parties, or temporary limitations of the platforms used. AVE S.p.A. is committed to identifying and progressively removing the detected accessibility barriers, prioritizing interventions that have the greatest impact on the use of content and services by users.

4. Potentially Inaccessible Content

Pending the completion or update of technical checks, some areas or contents of the site may present critical issues, including, but not limited to:

  • PDF documents, catalogs, data sheets, or materials published in the past that are not fully accessible;
  • multimedia content lacking adequate text alternatives, subtitles, or descriptions;
  • images, icons, or graphic elements lacking fully descriptive alternative text;
  • interactive components, forms, menus, or filters that may not be fully usable via keyboard or assistive technologies;
  • content or features managed through third-party providers, plugins, chats, video players, external platforms, or embedded services;
  • possible rendering differences on specific combinations of browsers, devices, or assistive technologies.

The presence of such elements does not imply a waiver of accessibility, but identifies areas of intervention subject to progressive adaptation.
