The electrical system of this villa in the province of Novara, in Borgomanero, is not just a functional element, but a true furnishing choice. The protagonist is the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series which, thanks to its refined matt grey coloring, fits discreetly into the walls, offering a visual sensation of extreme quality. Accompanying it are the Smart 44 front plates, known for being the thinnest on the Italian market. Made of metal, these front plates were chosen in a matt grey finish for a tone-on-tone effect with the Tekla series devices. In this way, the light point becomes a style detail, elegant and minimalist.

Beyond aesthetics, the villa stands out for the integration of smart technologies that simplify daily life. For climate management, the IoT thermostat with a rotary knob was chosen. Available in aesthetic variants—in Tekla grey technopolymer and anthracite aluminum—this thermostat allows for intelligent temperature management, optimizing consumption and enabling the management of the indoor climate even remotely. Security and hospitality are instead entrusted to a latest-generation intercom system which allows for simple and functional access management.
