This villa stands out for the integration of AVE technological solutions, chosen to enhance living comfort through an intelligent, efficient system that blends perfectly with the interior design.

The wired AVEbus home automation system enables advanced management of the main household functions. From climate control to lighting management, the home is equipped with a system designed to respond simply and intuitively to daily needs, improving the well-being of its occupants.

Control is entrusted to two AVE touch screen supervisors with anthracite aluminum fronmt frames, featuring 7-inch and 10-inch displays respectively. These devices allow for centralized and intuitive management of all home automation functions, thanks to a user-friendly graphical interface. The IP video intercom system is also fully integrated and can be managed directly from the supervisors, adding another layer of convenience and security.

Regarding the electrical system, the Domus 100 wiring accessories series was chosen, paired with Young 44 and Young Touch collections. Made of glossy white technopolymer, these front plates give the spaces a modern and bright appearance, perfectly in line with the home’s overall aesthetic.
