In a villa with a distinctly contemporary character located in the heart of Franciacorta — Italy’s prestigious sparkling wine region — AVE technology defines the new frontiers of high-tech living. The architecture, characterized by clean lines and embellished with sophisticated exposed stone details, hosts an advanced digital ecosystem based on the AveBus home automation system, designed to coordinate every aspect of daily life invisibly yet effectively.

The control hub of this smart home is the innovative 18” AVE Touch Screen with an anthracite brushed aluminum front frame. Through this hi-tech interface, users can effortlessly manage the entire estate: from monitoring energy consumption and temperature control to lighting scenes and the anti-intrusion system.

For climate control management, the iconic AVE chronothermostat with rotary knob and color display was chosen, selected in the aesthetic variant of anthracite brushed aluminum, while the interaction within the different living spaces is powered by Ave Touch control solutions. All front plates are crafted from absolute black glass, an aesthetic choice that creates a bold, refined contrast with the interior surfaces. To ensure maximum usability, the plates feature customized icons clearly indicating each function (lights, automated shutters, or scenarios). Enhanced by LED backlighting, the system provides immediate visual feedback, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
