The AVE connected range is expanding with new IoT axial controls, providing electrical professionals with flexible, smart, and high-performance solutions. Designed to complete installations featuring axial controls, these devices ensure perfect alignment with the front plate while preserving the clean design and flat profile of the buttons:

• Plug & Play without a gateway: like all devices in the AVE connected range, they connect directly to the home Wi-Fi network, eliminating the need for additional modules or gateways, thereby reducing overall costs and speeding up installation.
• Customizable backlighting: they offer front-facing LED lighting adjustable in both intensity and color. The user can choose from 8 different shades to create the most suitable atmosphere for each room and easily identify controls in the dark.
• Coordinated design: the button with the distinctive central strip guarantees complete integration with AVE residential wiring series, preserving the flat profile and aesthetics of the control point.

Connected axial two-way switch (code 44x002AS-W)

The AVE connected axial two-way switch can turn any control point into a smart control center for the home: it can operate as a classic two-way switch, a stairwell timer, or a module for sending direct commands; a long press also allows users to trigger preset smart home scenarios. Thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity and the command-sending feature to other devices, it enables users to control a connected load from other points in the house without running new cables or carrying out structural work. It can control all devices in the connected wiring accessories series, including the dimmer. It’s equipped with a new-generation microchip and optimized hardware designed to ensure longevity and operational stability.

Connected axial roller shutter control (code 44x053AS-W)

The AVE connected axial roller shutter control was created to offer maximum flexibility in managing motorized systems and smart home scenarios, backed by superior electronic architecture. It supports standard shutters or blinds with adjustable slats, controls the AVE connected dimmer, sends commands to Avebus devices, and activates complex scenarios. It uses Zero Crossing load management and features optimized hardware to ensure maximum stability. Thanks to increased robustness, the device is less susceptible to voltage spikes, thereby reducing the need to install RC snubber filters even in the presence of low-cost or undersized shutter motors.

A complete IoT ecosystem for the Smart Home

The axial controls are part of the AVE connected range, a cutting-edge IoT solution based on dual wireless technology: Wi-Fi® Mesh Domina Smart IoT standard IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi® connectivity for router access where devices communicate directly with each other and every device is a potential gateway for the system. The range is comprehensive and scalable: it includes Multi Touch devices, multifunction controls, latching relays, controlled outlets, and the iconic programmable thermostat with a rotary knob. The range also extends to the electrical panel via DIN rail modules, including the IoT load monitoring relay and single-phase IoT load control, essential for managing the anti-blackout function and optimizing the use of self-generated energy from the photovoltaic system.
