DM System – Spoltore (PE)

Within its headquarters, DM System – an Italian company operating in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of technological and energy systems – has chosen to integrate AVE solutions to ensure efficiency, security, and cutting-edge design.

At the core of the system is the AVEbus home automation, implemented to offer advanced and integrated control of all systems. The entire infrastructure is managed via an innovative 18” touch screen with a natural brushed aluminium front panel, representing the technological heart of the building.

This advanced supervisor device allows centralized management of all systems – home automation, IP video intercom, access control, and climate comfort – through a single, extremely intuitive interface. Thanks to its interaction with AVE devices, it enables precise and programmable temperature control, enhancing both energy efficiency and everyday comfort. Complementing the system, an AVE smart chronothermostat was also installed, equipped with a rotary knob and color display, allowing for accurate indoor climate control.

The project also included the implementation of the AVE IP video intercom system, perfectly integrated with the home automation platform. In synergy with the AVE access control system, the entire headquarters is now equipped with a secure and intelligent access management solution, fully monitored via the internal touch screen.

Aesthetics played a fundamental role in the project: paired with the components of the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series, ultra-thin Smart 44 front plates in metal were selected, installed in both Touch and windowed versions, in an elegant brushed anthracite finish. This solution combines functionality and modern design, creating a visually striking result that enhances both the system and its features.
