Located just a few steps from the sea, Hotel Gabbiano Suite is a next-generation hospitality facility in the Italian resort town of Cervia. Its elegant Junior Suites, refined down to the smallest detail, are equipped with AVE’s technological solutions to ensure an exclusive and highly functional guest experience.

At the heart of the system is the wired AVEbus home automation, which enables automated control of the lighting throughout the hotel. This setup is designed to simplify guests’ interaction with their environment, while also providing centralized and efficient management of lighting, enhancing comfort and supporting energy savings.

Complementing this technological infrastructure is an AVE hotel access control system with card readers. Upon arrival, guests receive a personalized card that grants secure access to their suite. Inside the room, the same card activates the electrical loads; when the room is unoccupied, non-essential systems are automatically turned off to optimize energy consumption.

The electrical system of Hotel Gabbiano Suite also stands out for its refined aesthetics, thanks to the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series in a modern matte black finish. All visible components – sockets, switches, connections – feature a clean, elegant design in line with the hotel’s style identity.
