The highlight of the installation is the AVE 2-wire video intercom system, featuring dual-material outdoor stations in aluminum and glass, paired with a 7” indoor monitor with Wi-Fi connectivity. This device also allows remote call management via app, combining safety with convenience.
Inside the villa, AVE’s New Style toggle switches were selected, coordinated with Corian® front plates. This total white combination lends the interiors a refined, elegant aesthetic, perfectly aligned with the home’s contemporary character, while enhancing both the look and functionality of the electrical system.
Among the elements that further enrich this project is the Multisocket, an AVE patented device that integrates four different types of sockets—bipasso, Schuko, USB Type A, and Type C—into just three modules, all usable at the same time.
