TertiaryAVE solutions were chosen to support the management of Villa Ducale, an innovative senior residence model run by Assistance for Life in Parma, which goes beyond the traditional concept of a “nursing home.” Villa Ducale is designed as a hotel-style residence for self-sufficient guests, offering every comfort.
In this context, AVE technologies play a central role, contributing to both safety and functionality. The flexibility of the AVEbus wired home automation system made it possible to create a solution that simplifies the management of the residence. The 7” and 10” touch screen supervisors allow centralized control of lighting, alarms, and the temperature of individual rooms. Everything is managed through an extremely intuitive graphical interface, enabling smooth navigation by environment, by preset scenarios, or by individual devices.
Cutting-edge technology is paired with a minimalist yet elegant aesthetic, enhancing both the electrical system and its functions. The devices of the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series, combined with matching technopolymer front plates, stand out thank to their refined gray with matt finish, blending seamlessly into the structure’s interiors.
Among the adopted solutions is also the AVE Multipresa, a patented compact flush-mounted power strip that integrates four different socket types, including USB type A and C, in just three modules. This space-saving and highly practical solution perfectly meets the needs of a modern facility like Villa Ducale.
