In Manerbio, WINP has created a cutting-edge facility dedicated to coworking and anyone in need of flexible workspaces, whether temporary or permanent. For this professional environment, designed to offer maximum quality to freelancers and companies, AVE technologies were chosen for their ability to combine a refined aesthetic with the most modern management needs.

The visual impact of the offices is defined by a rigorous “total look” effect. In the electrical system, this is reflected in the pairing of the Whitek 44 wiring integrated system in matt white with the ultra-thin Easy Smart front plates in technopolymer of the same colour. This combination allows the light points to blend discreetly into the walls, supporting the minimal and modern design that characterizes the entire headquarters.

The technological control of the building is entrusted to the Avebus building automation system, which centralizes lighting management and access supervision. To guarantee maximum security in such a dynamic context, both IP65 vandal proof keypads for the exterior and touch keypads for the interior environments have been installed, both usable with a numerical code or card. The system is completed by a video intercom system and an AVE anti-intrusion solution based on the AF927PLUS control unit, ensuring constant and integrated protection.
