In the renowned seaside town of Alba Adriatica, along the Teramo coast, stands a building that houses both a private residence and the B&B Room47. In this setting – where hospitality and quality of life are central values – AVE technological solutions have enabled the creation of an advanced system that combines comfort, security, and ease of use.

The AVEbus automation system manages all integrated automations. Control of the entire system is entrusted to a 10-inch touchscreen supervisor with a brushed natural aluminum front panel, offering an intuitive interface to monitor and personalize every environment.

Climate comfort is managed by an intelligent thermostat equipped with a rotary knob and color display, allowing for precise and programmable temperature regulation. This enhances both energy efficiency and the overall living experience.

The IP video intercom system is also fully integrated: the external Building station, featuring a frame in black glass and brushed aluminum, includes a touchscreen display and built-in MIFARE card reader, ensuring high-level access control. Inside, the touchscreen supervisor also serves as the internal unit for managing video intercom functions.

A distinctive feature of the system is the AVE card readers, which activate services and electrical loads only when an authorized card is inserted. This approach minimizes energy consumption in unoccupied rooms, meeting the structure’s sustainability goals.

Completing the system is touch technology, enhanced by ultra-thin Smart Touch metal front plates with a refined design strip. These surfaces respond to a simple touch or swipe, providing a modern and seamless interface with the building’s automation functions.
