With a view to fostering a culture based on transparency and ethics, Ave S.p.A., in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, has established a dedicated channel for reporting misconduct.

Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, incorporating the EU principles outlined in Directive (EU) 2019/1937, introduces protection standards for individuals reporting breaches of Union law and national implementing legislation. The aim is to enable the detection, prevention, and counteraction of unlawful conduct that is detrimental to organizations and the public interest.

Through this channel, it is possible to report potential violations of regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity, of which reporting persons have become aware within their work-related context. The system guarantees full confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and protects them from any form of retaliation. Anonymous reporting is also permitted.
